Isaiah Byrd earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.

A proud alum of Deer Creek High School, Byrd played football under Coach Grant Gower from 2007 to 2011. He began his coaching career at his alma mater in 2014 and went on to serve as the Defensive Coordinator at Putnam City North High School in 2021.

A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, Isaiah and his wife Christin, both Deer Creek graduates, now reside in the area with their son, Easton.
